How much movement is needed to effectively utilize Numocore?

One of the key strengths of the Numocore approach is it begins generally with options for everyone and becomes further customized as your insight develops. Numocore develops your awareness of your bodymind and how it responds to the various factors in your life. It is this awareness, combined with learning from research and other experts, that leads to the customization that works for you. Your expertise, derived from your insight, is a critical part of the picture.


Let's take the case of Movement. How much movement it would take for Numocore to be effective will depend on your personal goals. Is your goal increased range of motion? Is it better exercise tolerance? Is it an emotional release? Accordingly, the steps and dedication you give to different activities within movement would be different. 


From the perspective of cardiovascular benefit, a recent study in the European Heart Journal suggests that doing as little as 15 minutes of the right kind of exercise per week can decrease the incidence of both heart disease and cancer. Imagine if that were augmented with other Movement approaches to releasing emotions and expressing your creativity, both of which would decrease the amount of stress in the body, which has been connected with inflammation. Naturally, the results can be expected to further improve. That kind of improvement comes from your own insight, because once you realize and start to feel the change in your body from the 15 minutes of exercise, you will be more attuned to the subtler changes in your body that you were not sensitized to before. In this state, you will be more aware of the changes that happen with stress, leading you to activate new aspects of Numocore. This is how the healing cycle of action and insight perpetuates itself.





The incredibly powerful point we are making is that even something that seems relatively minor could make a huge difference in a person's life. In fact, it's often some of the first steps we take that can be the most powerful in making a difference. Once we get a feel for how our choices are related to our state of health and healing, that insight will further develop and take us toward the next activity for Numocore activation.
