We have to talk about it all and make sense of it all. We will.

Over the last few weeks, I've posted about topics ranging from cultural perspectives on human anatomy to our deeper nature to the state of  healthcare and public health to the dance of science and spirituality to consciousness to education, and ultimately to our very understanding of health itself.

Why such a broad range? Because addressing this range comprehensively in its full breadth and depth is essential to developing true health on our planet. I once heard Dharmesh Shah say, "Solve for the customer." It rang so true. To me, that means doing what needs to be done, not what others believe can or should be done. For my patients and for Health Revolution, the need is to solve for health, wherever it takes us. Period.

Solving for health has to also be about the details, so for today, let's zoom in on personal healing in the most practical sense and see how that relates to the above big topics.

The greatest period of healing we all experience daily is sleep. I don't mean dreaming; I mean deep sleep. In this state, the body takes the opportunity to plunge headlong into healing. The immune system is functioning, the kidneys are regulating our electrolytes and pH, the liver is detoxifying the blood, the brain is making new connections, and the heart is happily pulsing to coordinate it all.

What makes sleep such a key period for healing and restoration? Simple. The individual mind has gone home. There is no learned opposition to the body's know-how. In this state of freedom, our native intelligence flourishes.

What if the same could happen while we are awake? What would it mean for the mind to be at home even while awake?

This is what has been hinted at and sometimes explicitly stated in so many of the posts over the last several weeks. Our original nature is infinite in every sense. A mind that has gone home is a hashtag#mind that is soaking in the intelligence, love and power that dwell beyond the apparently physical world of space and time.

Here, ideas can still happen, but they cannot overpower the brilliant sun that illuminates and shapes them.

Here, our original nature becomes clear, surpassing all ideas handed down to us in textbooks over the years.

Here, fear dissipates and love blooms, and our biology and physiology respond accordingly, like a bird responding to the dawning sun. This shift from fear and partition to love and wholeness is foundational to healing–and amazingly, it is just the beginning of what is possible as we come home.

Everything we have been talking about for the last several weeks and months is practical. All of it is immediately relevant, whether we're talking about healthcare, education, politics, our deeper nature, or simply the way we heal when we relax into what is true. It's all the same topic. It's all solving for health.

Healing is possible.

Healing is inevitable.

Healing is happening.
