Ancient Wisdom & Modern Health 13

"Reality is known well when it is known as the witness of every state of consciousness, by which one attains immortality. By the self one attains strength, and by knowledge, immortality."

Our original state of health, or wholeness, indicated here as reality, is always here, aware of all that is going on around it, including our personalities, bodies, relationships, and the world around us. Our innate state of peace, knowledge, wonder, and truth knows all modified states of action and agitation.

By recognizing this original health that is within us, we attain immortality, which is to say that we recognize that there is an aspect of us that is eternal and timeless, neither born nor subject to death. It is not the personal mind nor the body that attains it, but it is that aspect of us that already has it and always has.

By this very self here, we attain strength, meaning the individual, the body, the mind, and its relationships in the world gain strength. This is the process of healing. By returning to our natural intelligence (NI), the very intelligence that has created what we recognize as artificial intelligence (AI}), we allow this NI to infuse our minds and our bodies, bringing them into alignment, experienced as healing. Going further, by remaining aware of this essential nature, we recognize that we were never born, nor are subject to death.

Here we meet. Here we heal.
